The majority of states limit the hours of the day when alcohol can be sold, and many need that stores stop selling alcohol very early as 9 p.m.

8 years ago. Save. We were at Walmart in Feb/12 on a Sunday afternoon. The Liquor areas were all roped off......for some reason I think they stopped selling at 2pm or something like that. It was an odd time anyways. Also noticed at the shops on 5th all liquor areas were closed.
