This means that Walmart does not define the hours of the day and night it can sell out alcohol; but, it must follow the day and time limitation every state or county mandates. The majority of states limit the hours of the day when alcohol can be sold, and many need that stores stop selling alcohol very early as 9 p.m.

The police officer that came said this same Walmart did this to him and his wife. Over a $5 bottle of wine! They need to change their policy! It shouldn't matter who goes to Walmart with you. If you are over 21 and show a VALID ID, that's all that should matter! People are being denied the purchase of alcohol because their BABY is with them.
