2 Answers. A professor of physical chemistry told me that brandy had the least amount of yeast. For folks with yeast allergies this can be an important question. I am not sure if brandy is correct, but that is what he said. Probably the cell wall is the bad part. I assume highly filtered brands would be the best. thanked the writer.
