A short cup occurs when your Keurig® brewer doesn’t brew the brew size selected and may be caused by a clogged needle (clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix), need to descale, or the reservoir being removed during brew.
My keurig 2.0 will not brew the 12 oz cup, keeps saying : brewing interrupted, water under pressure, perform needle maintenance. we have done everything possible, all the cleanings, everything with paperclips, to using cleaning device, to turning machine upside down.
I learned from a Keurig rep that the reason our new one would not brew is because our water is too pure. The coffee maker has a mineral sensor, and if you have a reverse osmosis or other purifying water system, you need to add minerals. You can use cheap bottled water or mix some with your pure water.
