Take a highball glass and fill the whole glass with ice. Pour in Hernö Gin, top with premium tonic and garnish with a lemon zest. To be a little more creative, add peppar to really get the herbal note in Hernö Gin going. But be careful, not too much tonic.

From the Swedish Hernö distillers comes a sweet, lip-smacking Old Tom Gin. They use the same botanical selection as their Hernö Dry Gin for this, although they've dialled up the amount of meadowsweet used. After distillation, they add a touch of honey and sugar, giving it the classic sweetness you look for in a traditional Old Tom Gin.
