Does this mean I can only have a teaspoon of it? No. You can have the amount listed after the food. In this case, 8 ounces. But you count those 8 ounces as a teaspoon in your Tally Sheet. The reason for this is 8 ounces of almond milk is about 35 calories, mostly fat, and this fits perfectly in the teaspoon requirements.

Remember to round up to 1200 if you were below it. If your calories were higher than 2300, you’ll still use the 2300 column or see Plans E & F below. You can eat your containers anytime you want, and you can use the 21 day fix food list to fill each container up. Tea, water, and coffee are also allowed on the plan.
