While Disney has not indicated when it could return, we have seen that it is not available (for now, at least) to add to vacation packages in 2021 and 2022. However, today Disney announced a 2022 50th anniversary vacation package for U.K. residents — which includes a “Disney Dining Credit.”

What Specialty Beverages are Included on the Disney Dining Plan? According to the official word from Disney, specialty beverages include Artisanal Milkshakes, Fresh Smoothies, and Premium Hot Chocolate. (Guests can still get typical Soda, Coffee, and Tea as well if they opt not to select a specialty beverage.)

Disney Dining Plans include a wide variety of beverages with each meal. Non-alcoholic drinks include artisanal milkshakes, fresh smoothies, mocktails and of course sodas, coffee and tea. Alternatively, choose an alcoholic † drink, like beer, cider, most wines and speciality cocktails!

Soft drinks are included at no extra cost with meals, while additional charges apply for bar drinks, beer, wine and bottled water. There is no charge for soft drinks at the Beverage Station on Deck 9 of the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder. There are also 2 Beverage Stations on Deck 11 of the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.

Based on the number of nights you’re staying and which Disney Dining Plan you choose, you are given a select number of meal and snack credits that can be used throughout your vacation. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted at virtually all the food locations throughout the resort and you can use them in whatever combination you like. For example, you’re not restricted in using just one credit per day.
