Maybe.... did they see you throw it out of the vehicle or - were you near enough to it so that you were in "constructive possession" of it?

This seems to imply that it would be legal to possess alcohol. But, there's been posts on here where people stated they were sited for having alcohol while paddling (at Narrows, I believe). I guess if you are going to do it, go somewhere TWRA probably isn't.
