Ethanol alcohol is non toxic and safe to drink, it's the kind of alcohol in beverages. That's isopropyl alcohol in those wipes. It's more of an industrial alcohol. It'll get you drunk, but the side effects include blindness and death.

It definitely has side affects but if you pace yourself, you can get that beloved drunk feeling and suffer only a few consequences the following day (like a burning in your abdomen, un-coordination, a coma you know, small stuff).
