You can get drunk from boozy desserts, but I don't think anyone will get drunk from your boozy dessert. Alcohol does cook out, but some still gets left in. But you're looking at about 2oz of rum, baking it, and dividing it among I'll assume are several people. Shouldn't have a problem.
