That answer depends on what Beer ice cream you buy and how much you eat. If the product is sold as “ice cream” and complies with all the regulations, it can not be more than .05% alcohol by volume (meaning only .05% of the serving of ice cream has alcohol in it). It would be next to impossible to get “drunk” from eating product like this.

Alcohol-infused ice cream does not, in fact, get you drunk. But wait wait, it's OK! Calm down, it's not all bad news. All the flavors still tasted amazing and it is perfect for your inner liquor lover (or alcoholic if you're not willing to be euphemistic).

Depending on your alcohol tolerance and your definition of drunk, it could take a lot of ice cream for sure. I don't think too many people can eat that much ice cream. You will get full and start feeling sick from too much ice cream long before you ever get drunk. You could get a small buzz though.
