Stay with a flat container so your vodka spreads evenly, and check and see how they look after a day. Keep an extra bag of gummy bears on hand, in case your vodka soaked gummy bears look too slimy after they soak overnight.

Yes, you can put them in plastic sandwich bags once the vodka is soaked into the gummies. They may melt if they get hot, however.
