Sounds to me like you're using the First Landing Transfer Shuttle which I don't think stops. Resort will only allow you to consume any alcohol you have brought with you in your bures. Other than that any alcohol will have to be purchased from the resort and consumed in designated wet area's.

There is no shuttle from Fort Meyers airport. I do not know about Naples' airport. The rooms do not have a fridge but you can get bucket of ice to cool a beverage.
