As long as you're not downing your EC stack with a beer, I think you should be alright. I'm assuming you're taking the stack in the morning or afternoon, and then drinking at night; by which time, the effect of the stack has already worn off. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water as they both have a diuretic effect on your body.

1. Oct 26, 2009. #3. Its not safe, but it is fun. but its a little different if ur dosing ECA everyday. If your not dosing the ECA in conjunction with the alcohol. If you do, it does increase the euphoric effects of the alcohol, i notice. Normally, i do not like alcohol. It is not safe, but if your a knowledgeable adult, it would not kill you.

Maybe if you were like many users, you were an extremely happy consumer of a few different ECA stack supplements back then as well. ECA stands for Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin, which is a combination of 20mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine and a light dose of aspirin or white willow bark - which is a source of salicin (aspirin like).

This is quite high and isn’t recommended, especially not long-term. There have been people who used aspiring in their ECA stacks. The purpose of this is to lose weight faster for those who are obese.
