Can you use your under 21 license to buy alcohol? You can purchase alcohol because you are now 21. However, the person selling you the alcohol can deny the purchase simply because your ID say underage. Yes, they can do the math, but they don't have to accept that form of ID for alcohol purchases. Expired license aren't good for purchasing alcohol.
