If you lost a Target GiftCard with an available balance, you can request a replacement by calling the Target GiftCard team at 1-800-544-2943. You’ll need your original receipt. Partially used Target GiftCards will be replaced for the remaining balance.

Many stores unless they're liquor stores many retail outlet chains don't permit alcohol or cigarettes on gift cards. Call Target beforehand to check their policies but I'll bet you can't buy liquor. You can always sell your gift card for cash.

You cannot reload your gift card unless it still has a balance, and you cannot reload gift cards online or on your mobile phone. You can only reload the card inside an H&M store at the cash register. If your card balance is $0.00, you will have go to an H&M store and purchase a brand new gift card.
