Due to state and federal regulations, our shoppers are legally required to confirm the recipient of an order with alcohol is 21 or older by reviewing a valid ID at delivery, regardless of the recipient's apparent age. The recipient must also sign for the delivery on the shopper's phone.

You will not use Shipt to order alcohol products unless you are 21 years of age or older and you will not furnish alcohol products obtained through Shipt to any person who is not a lawful consumer. You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws related thereto and not cause Shipt, your Shopper, or any retailer to contravene or violate any applicable law.

You have the correct permits to ship alcohol in the states your sending to. You must follow the guidelines set in both the sending and receivers state. You must use inner packaging of EPS foam or molded fiber tray. You must package the alcohol in the center of the shipment, away from the package’s sides.

No. While you can use a Shipt gift card on a membership, Shipt doesn’t take any gift cards for any retailer. There is no gift card input field. Does Shipt deliver alcohol? You must be 21+ with a valid ID to order or receive alcohol. Shipt only allows alcohol delivery in certain areas and may add on a $7 fee depending on where you live.

Only TABC-licensed common carriers, which includes most commercial shipping companies, can ship alcohol. The bottom line: Legally, distilled spirits can’t be shipped directly to Texas consumers.
