I mean technically you can buy it online without an ID. But it's delivered as a signature required item so they cannot leave the item without you signing for it at which point they are also to request ID on age restricted items. So you could buy it but you wouldn't actually receive it unless you were over the legal drinking age. 14K views

No. I have never heard of a website that delivers alcohol, let alone to a minor. Either get someone to buy it for you, or wait 2 year, you could save your liver from some damage. You're really fucking ignorant.

Online alcohol retailers are licensed and regulated just like storefront locations, and they're required to follow the same ID laws. In the U.S., you can't legally buy alcohol until you're 21 years old, even if you purchase it online. The retailer may require that you submit a copy of your ID to prove that you are old enough to buy alcohol. 4

A person does not have a legal “right” to buy alcohol, but you have a legal right to refuse service to anyone who cannot produce adequate evidence of their age. If you have any doubts about an identification, you should refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages.

A lot of states have a law that if you look younger than 34, the cashier/bartender is supposed to check your ID. Most bars with a doorman will ask for ID regardless. The reasoning behind this is that the US's liquor laws are VERY strict in most states. Getting caught selling to or buying liquor for minors is punishable by jail time or a large fine.
