Yes. The law banning alcohol sales on Christmas Day was changed in 2015 and was first allowed Dec. 25, 2015. If you can find a restaurant, bar, liquor store or grocery store that's open on Christmas Day, they can sell alcohol.

You can buy alcohol in a store if you can find one that is open on the holidays in the state of Indiana. You may not be able to find one that is open depending on location. Your best bet is to bring any alcohol with you to ensure you don't have a problem.
