Additional notes: Kentucky has wet, dry, and "moist" counties. Yes, that's an actual term. With the most confusing liquor laws in the country, consult the official Kentucky ABC list of wet/dry counties for more info. State statute 243.036 allows for donations or wine or spirits to charities that have the appropriate license. Beer is not allowed to be donated.
