Sallam allaykum, a Muslim can not sell Alcohol to even Christians in country where Alcohol is permitted, Islam is a complete religion and it’s laws surpass any country’s law, if Alcohol is permitted by a country where you live and you can change the law on your own, then do not contribute to the sinful act and don’t involve yourself because the person that sells Alcohol and drinkers are all condemned to be punished.

CAN A MUSLIM SELL ALCOHOL? According to a Hadith in Al-Tirmidhi, it was narrated by Hadhrat Abu Darda (Radi Allah Anho) that alcohol is the key to all evil; this is consuming it or selling it. It is totally Haraam to sell alcohol and the income earned is also Haraam. It is Haraam for a Muslim to sell something that is Haraam for him to eat or use.

So Muslims living in non-Muslim countries should not take interest, sell drink, pork or anything Islam forbids. Most of the scholars express this. Even though earning money from the transportation of drink and pork is permissible according to Imam Azam Abu Hanifa, it not permissible too according to other scholars.

Generally it is Haram for a Muslim to work in a place which sells Alcohol or serves Alcohol in it's premises. The same applies for Haram food as the general ruling is; what is Haram to you is also Haram to others', whether they believe it or not.

It is haraam to drink alcohol or to sell it, carry it or help with it in any way whatsoever, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! Intoxicants (all kinds of alcoholic drinks), and gambling, and Al‑Ansaab (stone altars for sacrifices to idols etc), and Al‑Azlaam (arrows for seeking luck or decision) are an abomination of Shaytaan’s (Satan’s) handiwork.
